Research and Innovation Center Transformation & Governance

Dynamic geopolitics, rapid changes in technology, intensifying competition for efficiency and innovation: Manifold transformations present organizations, companies, and whole business ecosystems with complex challenges that need to be actively shaped and organized.

The Transformation & Governance research and innovation center is setting new benchmarks in the practical design of transformation and governance. The aim is to develop models, methods, and tools that enable organizations not only to manage long-term transformation processes, but also to emerge stronger from them. The Research and Innovation Center offers in-depth knowledge regarding successful change processes, actively supports companies in the design of their specific transformation processes, develops structures of governance that promote transformation, and creates innovative, AI-based tools that organizations can use to actively manage and shape their transformation. We take into consideration every dimension of transformation — from strategy, networks and structures to culture.

Key topics:

  • Transformation knowledge and the effective transfer of knowledge: Benchmarks and best practice for successfully managing transformations.
  • Systemic transformation design: Fundamentals for strategy development and decision-making processes based on data and with the aid of AI-supported tools.
  • Technology transfer: Governance, structures and expertise for the productive use of artificial intelligence for companies and public administration.
  • Business ecosystem design: Development of cooperative business ecosystems to replace unstable value chains.
  • Transformation mindset: Tools and methods for creating a corporate culture that promotes transformation.
