The Research and Innovation Center »Transformation and Governance« sets standards in practical transformation and governance design. The aim is to develop models, methods and tools that enable organizations not only to master lasting transformation processes, but to emerge stronger from them. The FIZ offers in-depth knowledge about successful change processes, actively supports companies in shaping their specific transformation processes, develops governance structures that promote transformation and develops innovative, AI-based tools with which organizations can actively manage and shape their transformation. We focus on all dimensions of transformation – from strategy, networks and structures to culture.
